New Hampshire mold removal solution - SMTS - kills black mold

SMTS powerful solution that kills mold and prevents it from returning

The Permanent Solution For Mold

Guaranteed

SMTSstands for Surface Management Treatment System.  It is used to control bacteria, fungus and mold by Cleaning, Killing and Preventing their return to surfaces where the treatment is applied.   It is a patented process using an EPA Registered, Two Part treatment system.  We combine this treatment with a professional grade of humidity management, that is tailored specifically to the needs of your structure.  This powerful combination kills mold immediately and prevents it from ever returning.

What is in SMTS?

Part A is an EPA registered, multi-purpose, anti-microbial based in quarternary ammonium salts.  It is a bactericide, virucide, disinfectant, fungicide, cleaner, mildew stat and deoderizer.

Part B is our unique, proprietary, patented polymer sealer with Nano Technology.

Long lasting protection from mold

This unique combination of ingredients significantly enhances the system's capabilities, making it extremely safe, effective and economical.

Dehumidification

Mold needs moisture to survive and grow.  After we apply the SMTS we install a permanent, professional-grade dehumidifier that is most appropriate for the structure we are working in.  This is an essential step in the process that makes it possible to permanently solve the problem, even in hard-to-reach areas.  By controlling the surfaces and controlling the humidity we control the mold.

Not just any dehumidifier will work.  The type of machine you would find at a Home Improvement Store or a Department Store is what we call a Room Dehumidifier.  These are generally inefficient, very expensive to run and not appropriate for these purposes.

By contrast, the dehumidifiers we use are extremely efficient (they pay for themselves in energy consumption when compared to Box Store brands), are capable of dehumidifying whole structures in many cases, are equipped with MERV Filters, work at low temperatures and are designed to be plumbed to the outside or a drain system.
